EM Capital Partners Ltd. ("EM") was formed by investment banking professionals with over three decades of experience in deal execution across West, Central and East Africa. EM was incorporated as a private limited liability company on 5th February, 2010 under the Companies Code 1963, Act 179 and was granted a Certificate to Commence Business on 6th February, 2010.

The Company was granted license on 28th October, 2010 to carry on business as an Investment Adviser under the Securities Industry Law, 1993, PNDCL 333.

EM is therefore licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission in Ghana.
